OUR STORY

We are educators, naturalists and outdoor enthusiasts. Tidelands Nature School is a manifestation of a dream to connect nature, education and community in Savannah. We hope to inspire the youngest in our city to explore, protect, and find solace in our visually stunning, biodiverse habitats. We want to share our passion and knowledge of Savannah’s natural environment, while seeking collaboration with parents and other like-minded organizations in our community.

 

Our Mission: Tidelands Nature School is dedicated to cultivating curiosity and awareness of our diverse natural world. We aim to illuminate our innate connection to nature, fostering stewardship of vulnerable ecosystems in and around the city of Savannah.​
